PRIVACY POLICY OF THE LAMPYAUTOBUSOWE.PL SHOP
1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained from Users in connection with the use of the Online Store by their Administrator.
2. The administrator of personal data is the Store Owner, ie Auto-Akces, based in Krakow (30-605) at ul. Aleksandra Fredyr 2 REGON 350239490, NIP 6790122739. The Store Owner processes Users' personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

1. Personal data is all information that identifies (or allows to identify) a natural person, in particular: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, purchase history, payment or credit card details, data about location, login and password established by the User, etc.
2. The Store Owner ensures that:

1.personal data is processed in accordance with the currently applicable regulations, including the GDPR, in a reliable and transparent manner,
2.personal data are collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and are processed only to the extent consistent with these purposes,
3.exercises the utmost diligence to ensure that the personal data it processes is true, up-to-date and accurate,
4.personal data are stored in a form which allows identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed,
5.personal data are processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by appropriate organizational, technical and technological measures.

7. to comply with legal obligations arising under the law, such as tax and accounting - the basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is to fulfill the obligations arising under the law;
Store Owner processes personal data for the time that is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. The Store Owner applies the principlę of personal data storage limitation, which protects data from processing for an unlimited period. In particular, the Store Owner deletes personal data when:
1. the statute of limitations of possible claims (if we processed the data in order to perform the contract) occurs,
2. the time limits resulting from legal regulations (e.g. the Accounting Act) expire,
3. the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data (if consent was the basis of the processing),
4. the data subject successfully objects to further processing (if the processing was based on a legitimate interest of Polar Sport as a controller).
In accordance with applicable law, the User whose data is being processed is entitled to:
1. the right to obtain information on whether the Store Owner processes the User's personal data,
2. the right to access personal data and obtain a copy thereof, as well as to obtain information on the manner, purpose and basis of processing of personal data, as well as the source of their origin,
3. The right to rectify (amend) User data,
4. The right to demand erasure of data or restriction of processing of User's data,
5. right to object to data processing,
If the Store Owner processes User data on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller, the User has the right to object to the processing of such data - in particular the right to object to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing and profiling.
1. the right to data portability,
2. the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection),
3. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data,
If the Store Owner processes User data on the basis of consent given, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of such personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of processing, which was done on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
1st The User has the right to modify the personal data provided by him at any time also by changing the settings of his account.
2. the User has the right to revoke at any time the consent previously given to the Online Store Owner for the processing of his personal data also by removing the change in settings of his account. After deleting the User's personal data, the Owner of the Store is not entitled to their further processing, unless such an entitlement arises under applicable law.

Third Shop owner is entitled to share Users' personal data only to those who have been authorized to do so under applicable law.
4th In connection with the conduct of the Internet Shop, the Store Owner is in possession of User IP addresses and information about the beginning, end and scope of use of the store, recorded in system logs.
5th In addition to the data indicated in paragraph 13 above, the Online Store automatically collects data contained in cookies during the use of the portal. By "cookies" it should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, stored in the User's terminal equipment intended for use of websites.
6th Cookies are used by the Shop Owner only to operate the Online Store, including to recognize User's device and display the Online Store service tailored to individual needs, as well as to create anonymous statistics of this service.
7th Files are not used to obtain any personal information about visitors to the Online Store.
8th User can in any case block the installation of cookies, delete permanent cookies or otherwise change the terms of storage or receipt of cookies, using the appropriate options for this purpose in your web browser, eg:
